Easy Tortang Dilis Recipe:

1. Wash the fresh dilis thoroughly and set aside. I cooked half a kilo.
.
2. In a bowl combine one beaten egg, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of cornstarch, half cup of flour, a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper and a dash of patis. .
3. Once mixed evenly add in one diced medium onion and the fish.

4. Heat cooking oil and cook just like pancakes flipping after about three to four minutes 😊😊

5. Drain excess oil and serve immediately.
