Nothing and no one could ever stop God’s promises from taking place. He can bring good even out of bad situations. Blessings out of what seems like a curse. A big thing out of nothing.
“I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars. “I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden wealth of secret places, So that you may know that it is I, The LORD, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name.” Isaiah 45:2-3
No matter how delayed it seems, in the end God’s answers at the perfect time. And we may not get what we exactly asked for, but in hindsight, what He gives us is for the best.
And as we continue to hold on to all His promises, all we need to do is to just continue being faithful. To keep the hope as we endeavor to follow His ways no matter the cost. And trust that, our Heavenly
Father will always have good plans for our lives.
“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.” Lamentations 3:25-26
Unstoppable strength and power
Our challenges may seem insurmountable, the situation – impossible, and the circumstances – unfavorable but let’s not forget that God is sovereign above all. He knows everything and He can do everything. He has helped us in the past, what should keep Him from helping us now?
The Bible will also tell us about stories of men who held on to their faith no matter what. As we read about the experiences of people like Abraham, may we draw strength from them, as we go through our own waiting season.
“No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised.” Romans 4:20-21
