10-min Spinach and Tokwa Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
Olive oil
Spinach
Tokwa
Pepper
Light Oyster Sauce
Sesame Oil
Spinach and Tokwa Recipe Procedure
Pan fry tokwa pieces. Set aside. In a separate pan, drizzle olive oil. Add the spinach and wilt it a bit. Cover for a minute ot two. Add the tokwa slices. Season with pepper and about two tablespoons of light oyster sauce. Mix well. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
