Bagis is apparently a Kapampangan dish that makes use of ground beef, and has a hint of tart and citrusy flavor and is mostly served spicy. You can always omit the chili though and it will still taste just as great.
Bagis is perfect for rice toppings and an even perfect baon for the school or office.
I was fortunate to have come across this dish from a fellow IG Mama, @todaysbaon as she shared the recipe in one of her posts.
How to Cook Bagis:
What I like about Bagis is it is a dish with very simple ingredients that won’t set you back by more than a hundred pesos to serve a family of two adults and two grown children (i.e. seven years old and up). And it is so easy to prepare. All the ingredients you need are right there in your pantry for sure, or a quick trip to your suking tindahan.
