Sharing with you ladies, a three-ingredient crunchy fish fillet recipe that all thtee of my children enjoy. It is supet easy to cook, very affordable, and nutritious as well as i usually serve it with steamed green beans and rice.
Here’s a rough guide:
3-INGREDIENT CRUNCHY FISH FILLET RECIPE:

1. Boil or steam choice fish fillet for 20 minutes. I boil and precook so that I wouldnt need to overcook when frying just to make sure that the fish is cooked all the way through.

2. If all of your children are beyond 2yo, season with salt and a bit of pepper. If there are toddlers below two then have a separate unsalted fish.

3. Beat eggs in a bowl, and in a separate plate prepare panko bread crumbs. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan (easier to flip and chances of the fish crumbling is reduced when cooked in a non-stick pan).

4. Dip the fish in the eggs, then coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
5. Serve with a side of green beans and lemon wedge.
