Use the ingredients you love but sub half of your vinegar with apple cider vinegar. You can use whatever meat you prefer — chicken, beef or pork. You can even add boiled eggs. You can use liempo or ribs or adobo cut or whatever you prefer.it is all up to you.<\/p>\n
