2. Lazada — If you do not want to be bothered with the hassle of taking this contraption home (plus the stress of heavy traffic) then why not have one delivered right at your doorstep? You may want this if you have a lot to hang — buy it here. Or this smaller version if you will be putting it up in a smaller space — get it here. Bonus points if you are the type of online shopper who just wants to pay upon delivery — whether in cash or card. 3. Mall-Based hardware stores — Ace and Handyman, and even True Value also sell clothes racks especially their bigger branches. (Ace express has fewer racks to choose from so make sure to go to bigger ones). But unlike in your neighborhood aluminum shop or Lazada, i can say that the choices are not as vast.
4. Department Stores — The home sections of your department stores have this. The thing is the choices are not that many, but they sometimes go on sale.
