Just as hardships are unavoidable in our life journey, so are God’s
joy and blessings. It may not always manifest in material and physical
things, but it sure is unmistakable gladness that reassures our
hearts. A manifestation that we are loved by our Heavenly Father and
He truly delights in us.
“For the Lord takes delight in his people; He crowns the humble with
victory. Let His faithful people rejoice in this honor and sing for
joy on their beds.” Psalm 149:4-5
As a detail-oriented Creator, our Lord knows what will make us truly
happy. He knows what we need, and He has seen all our struggles.
Although God lets His blessings rain down on both the wicked and
righteous, those that follow His ways, will be more elated because
they surely know that every good gift comes from Him.
“For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and
honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is
blameless” Psalm 84:11
