God does not hold back anything from us. If we feel like He is withholding the answer to our prayers, then let us turn our attention to the Cross. There we will see Him giving up everything, and withholding nothing, just to restore our lives and give us peace.
“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
May we trust that in His infinite wisdom, perfection, and lovingkindness, He will respond to our prayers for our greater good, and in His perfect time.
“And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is.” Ephesians 3:18
